Just popping through. I noticed that you were from Manitoba Canada just like me. Congrats on the pregnancy. I read your post on Cappucinos, and they have the same effect on me. I was keeping my weight down while drinking them, and then one day it dawned on me that it's a form of laxative. Yucky and good, all at the same time :)
